The Director and Owner of the company is Gary Arthur. He has worked over the past thirty years in such areas as Static and Retail Security, Close Protection, Traffic Management, Security Management and as a full time police officer.  He was head of security for over one hundred NHS properties, arranged security for pop stars and multi-millionaires, Manager for the largest free standing leisure stadium in Northamptonshire, managed a team of nine security officer for a major supermarket chain and carried out over 200 arrests per year. He has since worked as a trainer working on behalf of a number of companies where they needed a trainer to pass on certain skills in the industry. He set up Vanguard Security Training in October 2021 initially to just deliver Conflict management but has grown to deliver other courses within the security industry.

Gary also runs a full time martial arts school based in Northampton Town Centre called "Warrior Quest Martial Arts"and holds eight black belts in Martial arts and has trained in Europe, America and Japan with some of the best instructors in the world. Gary Holds the following Qualifications...
